If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Your program access is revoked once the refund is issued.
After 7 days
Requests received after the 7-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to find a fair resolution — contact support and explain your situation.
Subscriptions
- If a product is offered as a recurring subscription, the billing terms (price and interval) are clearly shown at checkout.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contacto@aguiardigital.online or through WhatsApp at +55 33 99991-3788. There is no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- Refunds for subscription charges follow the same 7-day guarantee from each renewal date.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly, and a direct refund is faster and simpler for both sides.
